Our facility is located on the old Eaker Air Force Base on the Northwest side of Blytheville. If you follow the hospital signs, our facility is 1/2 mile northwest of the Hospital. Another landmark to look for is a new, large water tower with the Blytheville Chickasaws logo. The sportsplex is across June Gosnell Drive from the water tower.
